Deepika Padukone turned 34 today. And on the occasion, she and husband Ranveer Singh took off on a short getaway. The couple arrived at the Mumbai airport early Sunday morning and were immediately presented with a pleasant surprise.
Turns out, one of the press photographers, waiting to click pictures of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh as they arrive at the airport, had brought with him a birthday cake for her. Deepika was absolutely floored by this warm gesture, and she thanked by cutting the cake and sharing it with him, Ranveer and all the other photographers gathered around.
